Remembering Dr David Lawrence: A Life of Service to Caldy and Beyond

In Memory of Dr David Seaton Lawrence
(13 June 1945 – 20 January 2025)

Dr David Lawrence, a retired Consultant Respiratory Physician at Arrowe Park Hospital, was a long standing and valued member of the Caldy Society committee. He played a vital role in the life of the society, generously volunteering his time to manage the website and write news articles, all for the good of Caldy.

Alongside this, he achieved so much in his medical career and would have helped countless people during his years as a consultant. He leaves behind his loving wife, Magdah, a fellow resident of Caldy Chase. David’s warmth, dedication, and active presence in both the society and the village will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
